My Account F.A.Q

Q.1. I have purchased more NCDs from Secondary Market. The same is not reflecting in Srei First Account.

Ans. Please be advised that investment details are updated in Srei First Account on every Monday. Any purchase made from the secondary market will be updated in Srei First Account immediately succeeding working Monday of the settlement day of the transaction.

Q.2 In the ISIN profille Coupon Rate is less that what was communicated me.

Ans. Kindly note that it is the base coupon rate which is reflecting in the investment section which is applicable for Category I, II and III investors. For Category III investors the total payout rate will be Base Coupon rate plus additional incentive on base coupon rate(if any) plus additional coupon rate for senior citizen/existing investors(if any and if eliglble).

Q.3 I refer to the investment where interest rates mentioned do not include 0.25% additional interests.

Ans. Please be advised that the actual base coupon rate of NCDs/Bonds for Category I,II & III will reflect in your account however the interest payable will be calculated taking into consideration the additional rate of 0.25%(if eligible) and additional incentive on base coupon rate if any. Please refer to the issue structure to find the bifurcation between Base Coupon rate and additional incentive on base coupon rate. Please register and log in to Srei First Account through www.sreibonds.com to track all your investment with us. Also note that the NCD/Bond holders who are eligible for additional interest rate will receive a separate letter within 45 days from the date of allotment confirming the eligibility.

Q.4 Its already crossed 15 days after the Public Issue Closed and I am yet to receive the Bond Certificate.

Ans.The NCD/Bond Certificates for Public Issue is prepared and despatched within 90 days from the date of allotment. Allotment letter is released immediatelt after allotment. If you did not receive the bond certificate after 90 days from the date of allotment please write to connect@sreibonds.com with your PAN and application number.

Q.5 What is the transmission procedure.

Ans.Document to be furnished for transmission procedure: 1. Copy of Death Certificate duly attested by a Notary/ Gazette Officer. 2. Original bond certificate 3. Self-attested Copy of pan card 4. Transmission Form (the same is attached) to be submitted duly filled in and specimen signature to be attested by a Nationalized Bank Manager with Office Seal. These documents must be attested to be valid, since photocopies are not acceptable for deletion of name. On receipt of the said documents we shall initiate process for deletion of name of the diseased holder and transfer them to the second holder’s name/nominees’ name as requested by the concerned. Q.6 How to transfer the NCDs in our DEMAT account

Ans.Please submit the Demat request form along with the below documents. A letter from the DP for dematerialization Original bond certificate(s) Date of demat request form Demat request number generate by DP Details of DP ID CLIENT ID of the bondholder Name of the bondholders No of bonds to be Dematerialization (In words and Figures) Folio Number Bond certificate details (In words and Figures) Name of the company Face value of bond Details of company ISIN The bondholder signature to be verified with master recorded. If any one of the above is/are not comply for the demat request form shall be liable for objection and returned to the documents with objection memo to the DP Address as per the covering letter sent for rectification and relodgement.

Q.6 Who is our registrar for Public Issues of Ncds and Infrastructure Bonds ?

Q.8 Procedure for change of Bank Details

Ans.Investors holding securities in DEMAT mode need to contact their respective Depository Participants (DP) for updating the necessary details in their records. The updated details will be shared with us through the respective DPs. Investors holding the securities in the Physical Format will have to send the following documents mentioning their PAN and Application no at the below given address: § Request Letter duly signed by all NCD holders § Self-attested copy of PAN Card § Cancelled Cheque with investor name printed on it Address Karvy Computershare Pvt. Q.9 When will I get the allotment letter post allotment of NCDs

Ans.Please be advised that the letter of allotment will be received after 7 days of completion of the allotment.

Q.10 How will I know that I have been allotted NCDs?

Ans.Please be advised that investors who have applied through DEMAT account will receive a confirmation from NSDL & CDSL via SMS on their registered number. For investors who have applied to hold securities in Physical Format, then after 7 days of completion of allotment, they will receive the letter of allotment by registered speed post from our Registrar- Karvy. Alternately, after 48 hrs from the date of allotment one can also check by visiting our registrar’s website through the following steps: 1. Visit the site https://karisma.karvy.com/ 2. Click on 'IPO Allotment status' link on top left corner 3. A window will open with drop down links 4. Please select 'Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited – Tranche <<Number, Month, and Year>>' 5. Please provide 'Application No' 6. Please select 'Application Type' 7. Then Click on 'Go' link for details

Q.11 Change of Communication Address?

Ans.Please be advised that investors holding securities in DEMAT mode need to contact their respective Depository Participants (DP) for updating the necessary details in their records. Q.12 I want to receive the soft copy of the interest statement for filing TAX.?

Ans.Now you can download the interest statements for all your investments as on year ending 31st March. Please visit the interest statement section and click on the ISIN to download your interest statement. Please write to us through contact us section for any assistance.

Q.13 I want to receive the regular ecs intimtion and interest payment statement for my investment?

Ans.Please update your email id and the interest payment statement will be sent at your registered email id.

Q.14 What is interest on application money & Refund Amount?

Ans.To the successful applicants the Company pay interest at the rate of X% on the application amount allotted(please refer to the prospectus for the rate). This interest is calculated for the period commencing from 3 days from the date of upload of application form on the electronic book of stock exchange or the date of realization of the application amount whichever is later upto 1 day prior to the deemed date of allotment.

Q.15 I am applied in Demat mode. Is TDS applicable on interest on application Money?

Ans.TDS is not deductible on interest payable on bonds & debentures provided it is in Dematerialized form and listed on Recognized exchange. However the interest on application money is subject to deduction of income Tax as per IT act or any other statutory modification or re-enactment thereof, as applicable.

Q.15 I have applied in the IPO but NCDs / Bond not credited to my Demat account

Ans.If the NCDs/Bonds are allotted to you and are not credited to your Demat account please write to connect@sreibonds.com with your PAN and application number. Please also attach the scanned copy of the Client Master List of your Demat account.
